JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2025 Out Soon, Direct Link Available!
NTA will soon release the JEE Main 2025 City Intimation Slip on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Read the article to know the steps to download and other details.
Kolkata: The JEE Main 2025 exam is fast approaching, with session 1 scheduled for January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30, and session 2 taking place from April 1 to 8, 2025. The city intimation slip will be released soon, allowing candidates to check their exam city. It?s important to note that the JEE Main 2025 admit card will be available just three days before your exam date. Don?t forget to bring a passport-size photograph and a government-issued photo ID along with your admit card to the exam center for a smooth process.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced in the official JEE Main 2025 brochure that the city intimation slip will be available in the first week of January 2025. Candidates can download the JEE Main 2025 City Intimation Slip from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, by logging in with their registration credentials like application number and password. The city intimation slip, which provides details about the exam center, will be released online for the January session. Remember, the admit card contains important information like your name, exam date, time, signature, photograph, and exam day guidelines.
The steps to download the JEE Main city intimation slip 2025 are as follows:
Step 1: Visit the official NTA JEE website.
Step 2: On the homepage, find the "Latest News" section.
Step 3: Hit the link titled "JEE Main 2025: City Intimation Slip for Session 1."
Step 4: A login window will appear.
Step 5: Enter your JEE credentials and click "Login."
Step 6: The city intimation slip will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Review the details and save it. Take a print for future reference.
Candidates preparing for the JEE Main 2025 exam should stay updated on important changes. The NTA released a notice on October 17, 2024, announcing the removal of optional questions in Section B. Instead of 10 optional questions, there will now be 5 mandatory questions in this section. Additionally, for foreign candidates, the official JEE Main 2025 brochure states that, from the four available city options, they must choose at least one city in India as their preferred exam center, selecting in order of priority from the list in Appendix-VII.
After the release of the JEE Main 2025 City Intimation Slip, the NTA will soon publish the JEE Main admit card for both BTech and BArch on the official website. Once available, make sure to download your admit card and print multiple copies for future reference. It is compulsory to bring the admit card and a valid photo ID proof to the exam center. Or else candidates are not allowed to the examination hall. The admit card will include important details such as your name, roll number, exam date and time, exam center location, and other essential instructions to follow on the exam day.

Ans: A candidate can appear for the JEE Main exam up to six times within three consecutive years. Each year, they have the opportunity to take the exam twice, once in January and once in April.
